A complete bathroom refresh at a price you know before we start, on a schedule you can hold us to. We begin within three days of your go-ahead and we are finished five days after that.

It is built for people who need a bathroom done, done well, and done on a date: sellers getting a house to market, landlords turning a unit, and owners who are tired of a bathroom they apologise for.

What it does not cover

We would rather tell you now than on day four. Tile work and a new vanity are not included in the $11,997 price. Both can be added, and we will price them for you before anything starts.

The price also assumes a standard bathroom in sound condition. If we open a wall and find rot, failed plumbing, or a subfloor that has to be replaced, we stop, show you, and quote the repair before we carry on. No surprise invoices.

How the five days run

Day 0. You approve. We schedule, order materials, and start within three days.

Days 1 to 2. Demolition and haul-away, then plumbing and any prep the new shower needs.

Days 3 to 4. Shower and fixtures in, toilet set, LVP floor down.

Day 5. Paint, trim, final clean, and a walkthrough with you before we leave.

Selling a house?

A dated bathroom is one of the first things a buyer subtracts from their offer, and one of the last things a seller has time to fix. Five days and a known number is a straight trade against a price reduction. If you are a Realtor with a listing that needs one, call us directly and we will work to your closing date.

Is $11,997 really the price?

Yes, for a standard bathroom, with the inclusions and exclusions above. We confirm your bathroom qualifies before we quote it.

Can I add tile or a vanity?

Absolutely. Both are quoted separately and added to the schedule so the five days still hold.

Do I need to be home?

No. Most customers are not. We agree access up front and walk the finished bathroom with you at the end.

What if my bathroom is bigger than standard?

We will tell you at the estimate. Larger rooms and non-standard layouts are quoted on their own, with the same fixed-price, fixed-schedule approach.
